LD Voice – Inbound Stimulus Promotion

 

Subject to the conditions set forth below, new and existing Customers under a Verizon Business services agreement (“Agreement”) who order from Company  Domestic Toll Free Inbound Service (Dedicated or Local termination) for the first time, or existing Customers renewing contracts for Toll Free Inbound Service (Dedicated or Local termination), will receive the following per-minute usage rate for  Domestic Toll Free Inbound Service  based on the Agreement’s annual volume commitment (“AVC”) and Term commitment (such service and rates hereinafter referred to in the aggregate as the “Promotional Service”). The per-minute usage rate will be in effect for the remaining Term of the Agreement:

Conditions

 

1.   Customer must sign and submit an amendment or Agreement that includes the Promotional Service by January 31, 2015.

 

2.   Customer’s Agreement must have a minimum two-year Term commitment.

 

3.   Customer’s Long Distance (“LD”) services, including Toll Free Inbound, must qualify for and be priced within the Company pricing program internally known as “Manager II.”  Customer can contact its Company account representative to determine if its LD services fall within this pricing program.

 

4.   The promotional rates set forth herein are in lieu of all other discounts.
