Verizon Business Services III Usage Rates and Charges

 

The following provisions apply to Customers who subscribe to Long Distance Voice Services under Verizon Business Services III only.

 

A.         Domestic Usage Rates.

 

1.         Outbound Service. The following per-minute rates apply to Outbound Service usage that originates in the U.S. Mainland, Hawaii, the US. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico, and terminates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and CNMI, based on origination type:

2.         Inbound Service. The following per-minute rates apply to Inbound Service usage that originates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and CNMI, and terminates in the U.S. Mainland, Hawaii, the US. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico based on termination type:

B.         International Usage Rates.

 

1.         Outbound Service.

 

1.1       International Termination. The following per-minute rates apply to Outbound Service usage that originates in the U.S. Mainland, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminates in the following international locations, based on access type:

1.2       International Mobile Termination.  The following non-discountable per‑minute usage surcharges will apply, in addition to all other applicable usage rates and surcharges, to Long Distance Voice Services usage which terminates to a mobile/cellular telephone in the following international locations:

2.         Inbound Service.

 

2.1       International Origination. The following per-minute rates apply to Inbound Service usage that originates in the following locations and terminates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and CNMI:

2.2       International Mobile Origination. Customers of International Toll Free Service will be charged the following non-discountable per-minute usage surcharges, in addition to all other applicable usage rates and surcharges, for International Toll Free Service which originates via a mobile/cellular telephone in the following international locations:

2.3       International Origination - Monthly Recurring Charges. In addition to the usage charges noted above, Customers will be charged a monthly recurring charge for each toll free number used in connection with service which originates in Estonia and Chile, based on carrier and routing as follows:

2.4       International Origination - Non-Recurring Charges:  In addition to the usage and monthly recurring charges noted above, Customers will be charged a non‑recurring charge for each toll free number used in connection with service which originates in the following countries:

2.5       International Origination – Universal International Freephone Number (UIFN) Charges.  In addition to all of the charges noted above, the following monthly recurring and installation charges apply for each toll free Universal International Freephone Number (UIFN) which originates from a participating country.

 

Monthly recurring charge:         $10 per number

 

One-time non-recurring

charge, UIFN registration:       $180 per number

 

3.         Toll-Free Termination:  The following per-minute rates apply for usage that originates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and CNMI and terminates in the countries included in the following Terminating Zones.
