Section IV.4.2 – Type 4 Monthly Recurring and Non-Recurring Charges for circuits quoted from November 1, 2008 through April 14, 2009
The following monthly recurring and non-recurring charges apply to service provided between the Customer designated location and the MCI Legacy Company IXC Point of Presence location and specifically to Type 4 circuits which are quoted from November 1, 2008 through April 14, 2009, based on Rate Band, as specified in the appropriate wire center list below, interface type, circuit speed and either the Term of Customer’s Agreement, or other such other agreement to maintain the circuit in service for a particular period, whichever is longest (the “Commitment Period”). The minimum time commitment is one year per circuit.
Type 4 Wire Center Lists Applicable by Date:
· Type 4 Wire Center List January 1, 2009 through April 14, 2009
· Type 4 Wire Center List April 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008
4.2.1 Rate Band 4A Charges: The following charges apply to service provided to locations in Rate Band 4A, as specified in the date-applicable Type 4 Wire Center List above.
