In a year like no other, it's clear that the world needs a surge of goodness and a heavy dose of joy. That's why, as we move into the holiday season, we are launching our campaign, "A Call For Kindness," to shine a light on what brings us together.
This campaign recognizes front-line employees who have demonstrated a heightened sense of service and commitment to families, communities and businesses. As we continue to respond to customers' needs, safety procedures have removed some of the human elements. From plastic partitions to face coverings, there has been a seismic shift in how we shop, communicate and connect. "A Call for Kindness" serves as an important reminder that while a mask may cover our faces, underneath, we're still smiling.
Share who you are behind the mask.
We want to kick the kindness movement into high gear, and it starts with people of all backgrounds and experiences sharing who they are behind their mask. Here's what we want you to do:
Step 1) Take a selfie.
Step 2) In your post and/or on the image itself, share who you are behind the mask. For example, I’m Krista: loving mom, empowered woman, champion for equality, shoe lover, V Team leader.
Step 3) Share your 'Behind the Mask' selfie on social and tag five friends to keep it going.
Step 4) Make sure to use the hashtag #ACallForKindness and #IamVZ + tag @vzuptospeed so we can celebrate who you are and what brings us together!
Trade these kind cards to bring joy to someone's day.
We are big believers that if the world had trading cards as sweet as these, we would find more reasons to smile.
