Learn about returning Verizon-owned 5G Home or LTE Home Internet equipment. Find out about Verizon equipment returns when you're getting replacement equipment due to an address change, change to a plan without Whole-Home Wi-Fi or after your service was disconnected.

Important: To avoid an unreturned equipment charge, you must return all your Verizon-owned equipment within 30 days after your service disconnection date.
