BodyGuardz Screen Protector Replacement and Warranty FAQs

If your eligible Verizon-branded screen protector scratches, cracks, wears out or is damaged (through normal use of the screen protector), you can get it replaced with a new screen protector.

This limited lifetime replacement program is included with the purchase of an eligible screen protector. It's only available to the original purchaser and is subject to availability. It's good for the lifetime of the screen protector (up to a maximum of 2 years from date of the original purchase from Verizon or a Verizon Authorized Retailer).

After you register on the BodyGuardz® website, you can view the replacement list for your account.

Verizon-branded screen protectors manufactured by BodyGuardz that are sold by Verizon or Verizon Authorized Retailers are eligible for the BodyGuardz Screen Protection Replacement and Warranty.

You can find a current list of eligible Verizon-branded screen protectors on the BodyGuardz website.

The BodyGuardz Limited Warranty will replace, without charge, a screen protector that is defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, but normal wear and tear is eligible for replacement under the Limited Lifetime Replacement Program.

This limited warranty is for 2 years from the original purchase date from Verizon or a Verizon Authorized Retailer and is subject to limitations. You should review the full terms and conditions.

This limited warranty is only provided to the original purchaser of the screen protector.

For any replacement, whether under the Limited Lifetime Replacement Program or the Limited Warranty, go to the BodyGuardz website and create an account, if you didn't register your screen protector after purchase.

If approved, and BodyGuardz can replace your screen protector, your replacement will be shipped to you. You'll also receive instructions for how to return your original screen protector.

A credit or debit card is required to order the replacement. Shipping and handling fees apply, which require payment at time of order using either a credit or debit card. If you fail to return the original screen protector, BodyGuardz will charge you for the full price of the replacement. You may be asked for proof of purchase. Only purchases from Verizon or a Verizon Authorized Retailer are eligible.

Do not try to return your Verizon-branded screen protector to a Verizon store or Verizon Authorized Retailer location. There's no in-store fulfillment. The only way to get the benefits of the BodyGuardz Screen Protection Replacement and Warranty is to register and order a replacement on the BodyGuardz website.

If it's within 2 years from the date of your purchase of an eligible Verizon-branded screen protector and BodyGuardz doesn't have inventory to replace your screen protector (under either the Limited Lifetime Replacement Program or the Limited Warranty), it may offer you an alternative that's compatible with your device or provide you with a coupon code that is good for 12 months for a 30% discount toward the purchase of a new screen protector from BodyGuardz to use with a new device purchase.
