With our Ultimate Phone Upgrade offer, both new and existing customers are eligible to receive our best current in-market smartphone offer whether they upgrade an existing device or add-a line to the Ultimate Unlimited plan.
"Ultimate Phone Upgrade" on Unlimited Ultimate is inclusive of:
- Phone deals with trade-in
- Phone must be active on user's account for at least 60 days prior to trade in by existing customers
- Connected Device (i.e., tablet, smartwatch) deals when bundled with a Phone deal with trade-in
- New activation required for connected device deals
Qualifying new financed device & Unlimited Ultimate plan required. Phone upgrade is eligible at time of plan change to Unlimited Ultimate and when the phone is paid-off, or every 36-months thereafter. An upgrade-eligible phone line is required.
