Make your life easier and save paper by viewing your bill online

Verizon paper-free billing is easy and secure. Receive a link to your monthly billing statement by e-mail or text notifications. You can enroll in paper-free billing and Auto Pay options in My Verizon. Once you enroll, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail.

Enroll in paper-free billing by signing in to the My Verizon website or app.

To enroll in paper-free billing on the My Verizon app:

Sign in to My Verizon
Select the Home tab -> Bills -> Paper-free billing

To enroll in paper-free billing on the My Verizon website:

Sign in to My Verizon
Select Home -> Bills
Scroll down to Enroll in Paper-free billing

Note: When you sign up for paper-free billing you will get your first and last bill as paper test.

Already enrolled and need to change something?

Receive monthly bill reminders
To receive monthly bill reminder notifications, sign in to My Verizon and select My Profile and sign up for email and/or text message reminders. To ensure that you receive your messages from Verizon, please verify or update your primary email address and mobile phone number.
Discontinue paper-free billing
If you cancel paper-free billing too close to your next billing date, your paper test bill may not be available to restart until the following month. If this is the case, you can access your bill online.

If your service plan requires paper test free billing, all bills will be delivered electronically and paper test free billing may not be removed without changing your services/plan.

Discontinue paper-free billing by signing in to the My Verizon website or app.

To discontinue paper-free billing on the My Verizon app:

Sign in to My Verizon

Select the Home tab -> Bills -> Paper-free billing

To discontinue paper-free billing on the My Verizon website:

Sign in to My Verizon

Select Home -> Bills

Scroll down to Enroll in Paper-free billing

Select Off (next to Enroll)
