Make life a little easier with Auto Pay.
Ensure your payment is received on time, sign up for Auto Pay on My Verizon.
Pay your bill - sign in to make a payment arrangement in the My Verizon website or app.* To install the My Verizon app, visit the Apple® App Store® for iOS or Google Play for Android.
Get a monthly discount when you sign up for Auto Pay and paper-free billing:
- $10/month discount when you have select Verizon Fios Home Internet plans or Fios TV plans.
- You must use a bank account, debit card or Verizon Visa Card as your Auto Pay payment method to get this discount.
- $20/month discount when you have both.
- You must enroll in Auto Pay and paper-free billing using your bank account or Verizon VisaⓇ Card to qualify for the discount. If you use the Verizon Visa Card, you can earn 2% in Verizon Dollar rewards on your Verizon purchases.
*The My Verizon app is available to customers with mobile, 5G Home Internet, 4G LTE Home Internet and/or Fios services (i.e., Fios Home Internet, Fios Home Phone, Fios TV) only. Those with other services (i.e., High Speed Internet) etc.) can use the My Verizon website only.
When you enroll in Auto Pay, we’ll automatically debit the bank account, debit card, credit card or Verizon Visa Card you’ve chosen every month for the total amount due for your Verizon services. When your bill is ready for review, you'll receive an email or text message notification that includes your monthly bill amount, and confirms that your payment is scheduled for the date you've previously selected.
To set up Auto Pay on the My Verizon app:
- Sign in to the My Verizon app.
- Select Account > Home > Bills > Auto Pay
To set up Auto Pay on the My Verizon website:
- Sign in to the My Verizon website.
- Select Home > Bill > Auto Pay
Already enrolled and need to change something?
To update payment information in the My Verizon app:
- Open the app
- Select Account > BIll > Manage Auto Pay > Manage
- Follow the prompts to update or add a new payment method.
To update your payment information on the My Verizon website:
- Sign in to My Verizon
- Select Bill > Manage Auto Pay > Manage
- Follow the prompts to update or add a new payment method.
Good to know:
- When you use a bank account, debit card, or Verizon Visa Card for your payment method, along with paper-free billing you may be eligible for a monthly discount on your Fios Home Internet and/or Fios TV plans.
- If you use the Verizon Visa Card, you can earn 2% in Verizon Dollar rewards on your Verizon purchases.
Discontinue Auto Pay
To discontinue Auto Pay on the My Verizon app:
- Sign in to My Verizon
- Select Account > Home > BIll > Manage Auto Pay
To discontinue Auto Pay on the My Verizon website:
- Sign in to My Verizon
- Select Home > Bill > Manage Auto Pay > Select De-enroll
