Do you need to suspend your Fios phone service?
You may be going out of town for an extended time, remodeling your home, or spending time at your summer home. If you’re not going to use your Fios phone services for an extended period, our service suspension can help you save money and keep your home telephone number:
- Your can suspend your Fios service between 30 days up to 9 months*.
- You need to have the service for 90 days before suspension and you must have at least 3 months of active service in any calendar year.
*Does not apply to FWA/5G Home.
Keep in mind: You'll continue to be billed monthly for some services, and any applicable taxes or surcharges during your suspension.
This service may not be available in all areas.
