AMC+ for Fios Home Internet FAQs

Using your new AMC+ account, you can watch on up to 5 devices at the same time:

• Online at  www.amcplus.com.
• Or using the new AMC+ app that is available on:
  • iOS
  • Android
  • Apple TV
  • Roku
  • Fire TV

Note: You must use the AMC+ website and app, not the AMC app or website.

Your promotional subscription will continue to run until the original end-date. The subscription will not pause during any suspension of service.

To find the promotion end-date:

• Sign in to your My Verizon Home account. The end-date of your AMC+ promotion can be found on a tile for AMC+ located on your My Verizon Fios Account page.

  OR 

• Check your monthly billing statement for the promotion end-date.

Your AMC+ subscription will end. To continue watching you'll need to sign up with AMC+ separately.

A month before the AMC+ promotion ends, you'll receive a reminder email from Verizon that you'll start to be billed for AMC+ at the end of the promotion. If you do not cancel AMC+ by the end of the 12-month promotion period, your AMC+ subscription will automatically renew, and you'll be billed by Verizon for $8.99/month.

To cancel your subscription, view your account or change services, visit your My Verizon account or call us at 800.Verizon (800.837.4966).

Make sure you are using the AMC+ website or app.

If you are being asked for a TV provider, you are on the AMC website or app, which is for cable accounts. You do not need a Verizon TV package to use this AMC+ offer.

Please confirm that you are using the AMC+ (Plus) app or www.amcplus.com. These are different from the AMC app and website.
