Ensure your payment is received on time, sign up for Autopay on My Verizon.
Pay your bill - sign in to make a payment arrangement in the My Verizon website or app.*
To install the My Verizon app, visit the Apple® App Store® for iOS or Google Play for Android.
*The My Verizon app is available to customers with mobile, 5G Home Internet, 4G LTE Home Internet and/or Fios services (i.e., Fios Home Internet, Fios Home Phone, Fios TV) only. Those with other services (i.e., High Speed Internet) etc.) can use the My Verizon website only.
Note: When you enroll in Auto Pay, we’ll automatically debit the bank account, debit card or credit card you’ve chosen every month for the total amount due for your Verizon services. When your bill is ready for review, you'll receive an email or text message notification that includes your monthly bill amount, and confirms that your payment is scheduled for the date you've previously selected.
To set up autopay on the My Verizon app:
- Sign in to the My Verizon app.
- Select Account > Home > Bills > Auto Pay
To set up autopay on the My Verizon website:
- Sign in to the My Verizon website.
- Select Home > Bill > Auto Pay
Already enrolled and need to change something?
To update payment information in the My Verizon app:
- Sign in to My Verizon
- Select Home > BIll > Manage Auto Pay
To update payment information on the My Verizon website:
- Sign in to My Verizon
- Select Home > Bill > Add a new payment method
- Click Online banking. Select your bank from the list provided
- Follow the prompts to sign in to your banking account using your bank account’s username and password.
- Note: Verizon can’t view your bank login information.
- Click YES when you’re asked to store the bank account information for future use. You’ll get confirmation that the account was added
Discontinue Auto Pay
To discontinue Auto Pay on the My Verizon app:
- Sign in to My Verizon
- Select Account > Home > BIll > Manage Auto Pay
To discontinue Auto Pay on the My Verizon website:
- Sign in to My Verizon
- Select Home > Bill > Manage Auto Pay > Select De-enroll
