About Connected Vehicle app
- If you’re a Verizon customer, you can securely sign in using your established login credentials.
- If you’re not a Verizon customer, create Verizon login credentials by clicking Registration in the Connected Vehicle app.
- You can personalize your app experience.
- You can also differentiate between multiple vehicles if you have more than one.
- Open the Connected Vehicle app.
- View the vehicle details.
- Select Manage vehicle, then choose Remove vehicle.

Keep in mind that removing your vehicle from the app dashboard doesn’t affect your Connected Car Wi-Fi service. To manage or cancel your subscription, contact us at 800-922-0204 and request "Connected Vehicle" when prompted.
How do I delete my login credentials from the Connected Vehicle app?
To delete login credentials for one or more lines on your account, contact us at 800-922-0204. You might need to do this if you want to change which line is registered as the Account Owner.
