I have received the worst service Ive received in my life from verizon.
The sales people and billing department is nice, but it seems their priority is getting you to a supposed solution rather then an actual one, and just getting you to switch to Verizon.
We joined via a promotion, and it was not applied correctly, and i have written and voice evidence of the promotion we signed up for, and one call we were told we would be upgraded to the “ultimate plan” for the inconvinence of having to call support so many times, please note i did not ask for this benefit. That made the situation even worse.
Also for some reason the billing associates cannot email text or call back properly (if you miss the call you are back at square one) but they make sure they have those features available for their sales people, as long as they make the sale its fine i guess, but supporting the customer after numerous errors doesnt seem to be priority!
I have lost count about how many times ive called.most of the interactions have been nice, but you always start at square one, they always tell you it will be fixed.
I even had an agent accuse me of saying the promotion didnt exist. I say okay let me email or text it or somehow get it to you! He said he cant do that 😂. I say okay can you see the email that another person somehow sent me from the NotificationOnly@ecrmEmail.VerizonWireless.com WITH AN EXACT QUOTE of the correct promotional price. He says no. So they will argue with you and then when you provide evidence to dispute the correction, they cant help you!
And the store is on the exaxt opposite page as telesales, dont even try it.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
Usual Apple Watch quality with a few more bells and whistles than the older models — and a 1mm bigger face than my old Series 7 Watch. This 10 is much faster than my 7, and more “intelligent.” I like it very much. Siri is better, too. Only negative? Since 1/‘24, Apple cannot sell Watches with the OxSat reading app, and that’s a bummer as I loved that app. But I wouldn’t let that stop me from getting a 10 if you need or want the upgrade. It’s a very smart watch in more ways than one and VZW was offering an excellent deal on the trade-in of my old Watch (which was still in very good condition with original box).

Watch is good and has lots of great features. But smallest size is 42mm. I had the series 5 at 40mm and that was nice on my wrist. Bit the 10 feels too big and runs on my wrist bone

I can’t review the watch since Verizon sent the incorrect watch and then on the second order they shipped it to the billing address and not the shipping address. The two are 1,500 miles apart
