    Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS)

    Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) is provided by a 3rd party (“Relay Service”) to enable persons with communications disabilities to use a text input device to place and receive calls from hearing people. The Relay Service can be reached from any phone at any time. Users dial 711 to reach the Relay Service to place or receive a call.

    TDD/TTY Operator Services & Directory Assistance

    Telecommunications Devices for the Deaf (TDD), or Text telephone (TTY), is available for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech impaired. These devices enable the telephone to be used as a texting device to facilitate communications.

    Directory Assistance

    TTY users can dial Relay Services at 711 for Directory Assistance. This is a free service.
