VPS will replace the Verizon Trouble Administration Gateway (VTAG) with Verizon Partner Solutions Exchange for VZT Access and Local products trouble administration.  The VTAG system will be decommissioned on or after June 30,  2023.

All customers using the VTAG application will automatically be transitioned to the existing Verizon Partner Solutions Exchange portal to submit and manage repair trouble tickets.  Customers will be notified in advance but no customer action is required to migrate your user ID to Verizon Partner Solutions Exchange.

VPS is migrating the KMZ fiber map request and download functionality from the Dark Fiber Route Files (DFRF) application to the Verizon Partner Solutions Exchange portal. The DFRF system is scheduled for decommissioning on or after September 15, 2023.

Active users on DFRF

  • To ensure there are no interruptions in your ability to request and download new maps, we will be migrating your VPS application user ID on June 5, 2023 to Verizon Partner Solutions Exchange.
  • If you already login to Verizon Partner Solutions Exchange to perform other functions, the migration will be the addition of a new Map role to your user profile.

After migration on June 5, 2023

  • All new KMZ map requests must be submitted through the Verizon Partner Solutions Exchange portal and all new KMZ map files will only be available to download from this portal.
  • If you require access to DFRF or other Wholesale applications, you can navigate back to those applications.
  • You will be able to download KMZ map files that are active in DFRF from June 5th until their expiration date.
