A letter was sent to your company on Feb 17, 2022 regarding “Notice of Decommission of Certain Legacy Wholesale Quoting and Ordering Systems and Transition to Verizon Partner Solutions Exchange Platform.” As referenced in that letter, this is the communications to notify users of the impacted applications. Furthermore, we have some new information about a planned Billing System migration that was not included in the Feb 17th letter.
This notice is to inform users about Verizon Partner Solutions’ plans in 2022 to discontinue supporting certain quoting, ordering and billing systems (listed below) for both portal (online) and API requests and transition to new systems. This will begin on or after May 31, 2022.
Please refer to decommissioning schedule to get the dates for each of the systems:
Global Wholesale Pricing (GWP)
Order by Product (OBP) within Access Ordering (AORD)
National Order by Product (N-OBP)
Wholesale Invoicing Network (WIN) System
Please look for follow-up emails, both reminder notice(s) or additional instructions, regarding the transition to our new system Verizon Partner Solutions Exchange. If your company has not been onboarded to the Verizon Partner Solutions Exchange, we want to work with you to begin the process. (Additionally, we will support special access ordering via the Order by ASR system.)
For WIN billing customers only, VPS plans to migrate accounts to a new billing system. After the migration, you will have access to view bills, billing reports and call detail records (CDR) via the Verizon Partner Solutions Exchange. More information about the changes will be provided prior to the migration.
