8.         Mobile Services

            .01       Cellular Service

                        .011     General Description:  Cellular Service allows customers with cellular telephones to make interLATA calls via interconnection of their cellular service carrier's network with the Company network.  Except as otherwise specified in Section C-3.09124 for Vnet service, the following charges will apply for such calls when completed by Company.

                        .012     Usage Charges

                                    .0121   The per-minute rates set forth below will apply to calls originating in the U.S. Mainland and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and CNMI.  The airline mileage is calculated using the customer's billing ANI as the origination point, not the actual geographic location from which the call is placed, and the terminating ANI as the termination point.

Peak Off-Peak Sunday

The following Time of Day rate periods apply: the Peak rate period applies from 7:00 a.m. to 6:59 p.m. Monday through Friday; the Off-Peak rate period applies from 7:00 p.m to 6:59 a.m. Monday through Friday, and all day Saturday; and, the Sunday rate period applies all day Sunday.

                                    .0122   For calls originating in the U.S. Mainland and terminating to international locations, Switched Transport rates will apply.

                        .013     Directory Assistance:  An undiscountable charge of $0.85 per call will be applied to each call requesting Directory Assistance for numbers in the U.S. (including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands) and Canada and an undiscountable charge of $4.94 per call will be applied to each other international Directory Assistance call.  Except as otherwise noted herein, all other provisions of Directory Assistance apply.

                        .014     Other Charges:  FUSF, Administrative Expense Fee and CCRC apply.
