.44              Option PP (MASTERS97)

                                        MASTERS97 is an one‑way dial‑out multipoint service.  Customers may originate calls from any telephone in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  MASTERS97 is available to students, faculty, and administrators of educational institutions, provided that said institutions, and entities have agreed to act as the Company’s agent in connection with the provision of service.  Dial‑out calling, which requires no special access dialing sequences, originates from telecommunications equipment enrolled in MASTERS97 which is located within the campus of a participating educational institution or entity location or is routed through the participating educational institution's or entity location's switching equipment.  MASTERS97 calls will be billed in 60‑second increments and are rounded to the next higher full minute.  If the computed charge includes a fraction of a cent, the fraction is rounded down to the next whole cent for all domestic and international MASTERS97 calls.

In addition to other service-related charges under this option, FUSF, CAC, Administrative Expense Fee, and CCRC apply.

                                                                                Calls from the U.S. Mainland and Hawaii to the U.S. Mainland and Hawaii will be charged the following per-minute usage rates:

                                                            .4412          International

                                                                                Calls from the U.S. Mainland to international locations will charged the rates described in Section C‑3.07318.

                                        .442            Directory Assistance:

                                                            An undiscountable charge of $1.25 per call will be applied to each call originating in the U.S. Mainland, Hawaii, or the U.S. Virgin Islands requesting Directory Assistance for a number in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and CNMI; and an undiscountable charge of $1.25 per call will be applied to each call requesting Directory Assistance for a number in Canada.  Except as otherwise noted herein, all other provisions of Directory Assistance  apply.
