.37         Option II (MCI Hemispheres International Calling Card)

                              Metered Use Service Option II (MCI Hemispheres International Calling Card) is an outbound calling card service that allows customers to originate calls in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, CNMI, Canada, and the international locations specified in Section C-3.3722.  Subscribers must dial a country specific access number to reach a voice prompt or live operator in order to connect the calls.  Calls made by customers of Option II will be calculated on a 60-second minimum duration, with additional 60-second increments.  All Option II calls will be rounded to the next higher full minute. MCI Hemispheres International Calling Card may not be used in conjunction with any other Company services or discount plans.

In addition to other service-related charges under this option, FUSF, Administrative Expense Fee and CCRC apply.

                              .371       Minimum Charge:

                                             $1,000 per month if a customer's total Option II usage charges (including optional feature charges) are less than $1,000 in any month. This minimum charge will be waived during the customer's first three months of service.

                              .374       Operator Services:  Customers of Option II using MCI Hemispheres International Calling Cards with the assistance of a local operator (live or automated) in countries where the Company has validation arrangements with the telecom operating company, may place calls to the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and CNMI.  These calls will be charged at the rates specified in Sections C-3.07341 and C-3.07312 and will be eligible for the international volume discounts specified in Section C-3.213.

                              .375       Optional Features:  The following optional features are available with MCI Hemispheres International Calling Card:

                                             .3751     Speed Dialing:  This feature is available with all MCI Hemispheres International Calling Cards.  There is no charge for this feature.  (See definition of Pre-Programmed Automatic Signaling.)

                                             .3752     Directory Assistance:  Except as otherwise noted herein, all other provisions of Directory Assistance apply.

                                                .37521 For customers who access Directory Assistance by dialing Area Code + 555-1212, an undiscountable charge of $1.10 per call will be applied to each call requesting Directory Assistance for a number in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands; an undiscountable charge of $1.00 per call will be applied to each call requesting Directory Assistance for a number in Canada; and an undiscountable charge of $4.94 per call will be applied to each other international Directory Assistance call.  Access surcharges (listed in Section C-3.212) will apply to calls completed to Directory Assistance and to Directory Assistance calls which terminate to Canada and NPA 809.

                                             .3753     Conference Calling:  Allows a customer to initiate a conference call using the Dial Out Service form of Metered Use Service Option P (MCI Forum Conference Calling) as specified in Section C-3.17 above, but with the modifications as to charges indicated below.  The customer can have the call charged to his or her card account.  The per minute usage charges per port are as follows:

                              .376       Service Availability

                                             MCI Hemispheres International Calling Card is available as follows:

                                             (a)          From any telephone in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, and Hawaii to all cities in different states in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

                                             (b)          From any telephone in the U.S. Virgin Islands to the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, and Hawaii.

                                             (c)           From any telephone in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, and Hawaii to the international locations specified in Section C-3.3722.

                                             (d)          From any telephone in Canada to the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands.

                                             (e)          From the international locations specified in Section C-3.3722 to anywhere in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
