Intrastate Network Services Local Access Service
Sections I.1.5 and I.3.5 - Intrastate Network Local Access Term Discount Plan
Except for Customers which acquire Dedicated Access for Intrastate Long Distance Voice Service in Special Customer Arrangements in which such Access is discounted, any Customer who has the applicable grandfathered On-Net Voice Services Term Plan with Intrastate Network Services Local Access Services provided by the Company will receive Access Term Discount Plan discounts on all their Pre-VBS I Dedicated Access circuits. The discounts will apply only to Local Access Channel Monthly Recurring Channel Charges (and to no other rate elements) associated with Analog Local Access, DDS Local Access and DS0 (Hubless) Access, and T-1 Digital Access.
