Partner Marketing Promotion IV
Beginning March 5, 2001 and ending December 31, 2001, the Company will offer the following promotion to new and existing customers of Feature Option 1 WorldCom On-Net Voice Services and Frame Relay Service who are members of a participating Partner Marketing Program and who subscribe to a new WorldCom On Net Voice Services Term Plan (Term Plan). Customers enrolled in this promotion will receive the following benefits in lieu of the provisions of the Partner Marketing Program and are not eligible to receive the benefits of any other promotional offering or receive service under a Special Customer Arrangement (SCA), except SCA Type 4.
Definitions: For purposes of this promotion, "line" means a connection furnished by a Local Exchange Carrier that is presubscribed to the Company for the purpose of accommodating Customer traffic subject to this Tariff.
Promotional Benefits: The following provisions will apply during each monthly period of a Customer's Term Plan term of service following promotion enrollment.
In lieu of standard Switched WATS Termination and Business Line Termination and Dedicated Access Termination charges, the customer will be charged the following per month service fee per service group for Switched WATS Termination or Business Line Termination and for Dedicated Access Termination, based on the number of the customer's lines presubscribed to Company service under this promotion:

The Customer will receive:
a 1 percent discount on per-minute usage charges, calculated prior application of all other discounts and credits, for MCI WorldCom On Net Service Option 1 Outbound Service and Inbound Service usage;
the following discounts, calculated prior to all other discounts and credits, on the standard per‑call surcharge for WorldCom On Net Service Option 1 Card usage which originates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and CNMI and terminates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and CNMI, based on Term Plan term of service;

During each monthly period of a Customer's Term Plan term of service following promotion enrollment, the Customer will receive the following discounts on standard monthly recurring port charges and PVC charges for Frame Relay Service for which the Customer makes a request for installation prior to December 31, 2001 for installation prior to January 31, 2002, based upon Term Plan term of service and annual volume commitment:
