It's a Net Gain Promotion

Offer:  Credits, not to exceed $500 per call, equal to 50 percent of the charges for up to three Presentation Assistant calls held with concurrent Premier and/or Standard Service Option conferencing calling calls which occur between promotion enrollment and March 3, 2002.

Eligibility:  A conference call leader must enroll between December 1, 2001 and March 31, 2002.

Other Conditions:  To be eligible to receive credits, prior to April 30, 2002, a conference call leader must complete and submit to the Company a coupon found at a Company-designated Internet site.
