Automatic Ringdown (ARD) Fixed Rate Promotion
Offer: During each monthly period of Customers new term of service, the following monthly recurring per-circuit charges for eligible Voice Grade Private Line (VGPL) and/or DS1 (Digital Signal Level 1) (DS1) circuits at Company Points-of-Presence (POPs) in NPA 201, 212, 347, 516, 631, 646, 718 and/or 917 and which are used exclusively for Automatic Ringdown (ARD), based on contract type, circuit type and circuit route mileage:
For MCI Business Services I Customers, the following charges apply:

Availability:
This offering is being made available to a limited number of Customers as a market test.
Customer must enroll between March 1, 2004 and December 31, 2004.
An eligible circuit is either:
a new circuit for which Customer places an order, following promotion enrollment and prior to January 31, 2005, for installation of the circuit which requests non-expedited installation of the circuit to occur prior to April 30, 2005 under a new term of service which equals or exceeds one year; or,
an existing circuit for which, upon promotion enrollment, Customer enters into a new term of service which equals or exceeds one year.
Other Conditions:
A Customer who cancels a service for a circuit which receives the benefits of this promotion prior to expiration of the first annual period of Customers term of service for the circuit will be billed and required to pay an early termination charge equal to the monthly recurring charge for the circuit for each monthly period remaining in the first annual period of the term of service.
