MCI Business Services II Usage Charges
IV.2.1.1 The following provisions apply to Customers who subscribe to Voice Services under MCI Business Services II only.
A. Domestic Usage Rates
1. Outbound Service: The following per-minute rates apply to Outbound Service, including Card, usage that originates in the U.S. Mainland and Hawaii and terminates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and CNMI, based on origination type:

2. Inbound Service: The following per-minute rates apply to Inbound Service usage that originates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and CNMI, and terminates in the U.S. Mainland and Hawaii, based on termination type:

B. International Usage Rates
1. Outbound Service: The following per-minute rates apply to Outbound Service usage that originates in the U.S. Mainland, Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands and for Card (excluding Card WorldPhone Access) usage that originates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and CNMI and terminates in the following international locations, based on access type:
1.1 International Mobile Termination Usage Charge: The following undiscountable per‑minute usage charges will apply, in addition to all other applicable usage charges and surcharges, to Voice Services usage which terminates via Commercial Mobile Radio Service in the following international locations:
2. Inbound Service: The following per-minute rates apply to Inbound Service usage that originates in the following locations and terminates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and CNMI:
2.1 International Mobile Origination Charge: Customers of International Toll Free Service will be charged the following undiscountable per minute charges, in addition to all other applicable usage charges and surcharges, for International Toll Free Service which originates via Commercial Mobile Radio Service in the following international locations:
2.2 Non-Recurring Charges: Customers will be charged a $80 non‑recurring charge for each toll free number used in connection with service which originates in Germany.
3. Toll-Free Termination: The following per-minute rates apply for usage that originates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and CNMI and terminates in the countries included in the following Terminating Zones.
