Premium Pacific Private Line (Global Data Link) Promotion
Offer: For new and renewing Customers who enroll in this promotion and order new or renew existing Global Data Link circuits at speeds shown below in Table 1 that both originate and terminate in the country/city pairs in Table 2 below (Promotional Circuits), the following promotional non-recurring charges (NRC) and transport (IXC) monthly recurring charges (MRC) apply, based on the speed and country/city pair of the Promotional Circuit, and remain fixed for the Term.

Eligibility Requirements: Customer Must:
enroll in this promotion between April 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008; and
execute and submit an Agreement with Company by January 31, 2009 that includes a Promotional Service; and
commit to a minimum of one year for each Promotional Circuit.
Other Conditions:
1. Local access is required, but is not included in this promotion except as noted below.
2. Access for OnNet circuits located in Japan is included in the promotional rates.
3. Global Data Link circuits to and from Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from this promotion.
4. Non-standard or customer specific route requests are not eligible for this promotion.
5. Orders may be expedited, but standard expedite fees will apply.
6 Customer commits to paying for the Promotional Circuit for a minimum of one year.
· If Customer disconnects a Promotional Circuit before the end of the one year commitment period, Customer will incur an early termination charge of 75% of the applicable MRC times the number of months remaining in the commitment period for such Promotional Circuit.
7. Unless stated otherwise, promotional rates/discounts are in lieu of all other discounts.
8. Promotion is available for new circuits and existing circuits being renewed.
