2.         CVNS Calling Card Access:  For CVNS Calling Card Access calls which originate via switched access in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminate in the international locations set forth in Section 2.1 below, the per-minute usage charges set forth in Section 2.2 below 2 apply.  For purposes of this Section, the following definitions will apply.

2.1       CVNS Calling Card Access Calling Regions:  For purposes of this Section, the following definitions apply:

Region 1:         Albania, Andorra, Bosnia‑Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Faeroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Vatican City, and Yugoslavia.

Region 2:         Anguilla, Antigua (Barbuda), Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Falkland Islands, French Antilles (including Martinique, St. Barthelemy, and St. Martin), Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Montserrat, Netherlands Antilles, Nevis, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Pierre/Miquelon, St. Vincent/Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad/Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands, and Uruguay.
