Offer: A credit equal to Company-billed installation charges for the domestic portion of Fiber Digital Private Line Services, Satellite Digital Private Line Service or End-to-End International Private Line Service (Promotional Circuits) and Company-billed installation charges, excluding expedite charges, for domestic Local Access Channels associated with Promotional Circuits.
Eligibility: The Customer must:
enroll between February 1, 2003 and April 30, 2003;
receive service under either: a new term of service which equals or exceeds one year; or, an existing term plan with at least one year remaining term of service; and,
place an order by April 30, 2003 for installation to occur by May 31, 2003 of all service that receives the benefits of this promotion.
Other Conditions: Customers who terminate all service under the customers term plan prior to the expiration of the term of service of the plan will be billed and required to repay all credits received under this promotion.
