Section IV.13 Other Charges
13.1 Cross Connection Charges: Cross Connection (“Cross Connect”) charges apply strictly to Fast Ethernet Port Only, GigE Port Only and 10GigE Port Only (“Port Only”) Services. Port Only Services are only available when Customer is collocated in the same building as the Port Only capable IP hub. Port Only Services may be available when Customer is collocated within an adjacent building if agreed to by Company. Customer will pay the Cross Connect charges below if Port Only Services are ordered and Company provisions the cross connect from a Company IP Port/relevant edge device to a defined point within the building:

* Customer has the option of ordering Cross Connect from either Company or Equinix/Switch & Data. Any charges shown above solely apply to Cross Connects ordered from Company and billed by Company.
Any Double, Diverse or Shadow Service Types of the above Port Only Services shall be assessed a Cross Connect charge for each of the two ports in a Diverse, Double or Shadow pair (e.g., Diverse GigE Port Only is $1,000 MRC & $1,000 NRC vs. $500 MRC & $500 NRC).
13.2 Access Provider Monthly Recurring Charges. Local access (“local loop”) circuit charges are separately priced and may be found in the Access portion of the Guide. If Customer orders its own local loop circuits, the following Network Connection Charges shall apply:

13.3 Non-Standard Installation Charge. A $500 charge applies for installation performed during non Standard Hours in addition to standard installation charges.
