Offer: Credit equal to the Customers per-minute charges for Net Conferencing usage, not to exceed 100,000 minutes of use, occurring between May 1, 2002 and May 31, 2002.
Eligibility: A Customer:
may not have a rate specified for Net Conferencing in the Customers service agreement with the Company as of May 1, 2002; and,
must provide the Company, no later than May 17, 2002, a letter encouraging the Customers employees to use Net Conferencing during the month of May, 2002.
