Net Conferencing Yearly Commitment Promotion

Offer:

The following per-minute rates based upon the package selections provided below for Instant Net Conference, Reserved Net Conference and Customized Net Conference.  The rates are fixed for the term.   Customer is responsible for all other charges associated with Net Conferencing.  No other discounts apply.

Eligibility:

Customer must enroll between May 1, 2006 and March 31, 2007.

Requirements:

Customer must execute a Verizon Business Services Agreement (Agreement) with a term of service of at least one year and a promotion enrollment form or amend an existing Agreement with at least twelve months remaining in the term of service to add Net Conferencing services at the time of execution of a promotion enrollment form.

Other Conditions:

The annual commitment will be pro-rated for any partial contract year.  If, in any contract year during the Term, Customer's usage charges for Net Conferencing do not meet or exceed the annual commitment, then Customer shall pay: (i) all accrued but unpaid charges incurred under this Agreement; and (ii) an "Underutilization Charge" equal to the difference between the Net Conferencing commitment and Customer's Net Conferencing usage charges during such contract year, or partial contract year.
