MCI Advantage Trial Promotion

Offer:  The following benefits for existing Customers who order new circuits for MCI Advantage Service at a maximum of five sites in the U.S. Mainland for a trial period which begins when MCI ADVANTAGE Service benefiting from this trial promotion is made available for Customer’s use and ends six months after the Customer enrolls in this promotion (Trial Period), based on service.

Customers who subscribe under this promotion to MCI Advantage Service A La Carte Service using Internet Dedicated Services will receive the following benefits:

the use, at no charge, of two Company-provided Cisco 7940 SIP phones per circuit of Internet Dedicated Services Tiered Service at 768 kbps or Price-Protected T1 Service used to provide MCI Advantage, which phones must be returned when Customer ceases to receive MCI Advantage Service;

the use, at no charge, of two voice-mail boxes per circuit of Internet Dedicated Services Tiered Service at 768 kbps or Price-Protected T1 Service used to provide MCI Advantage Service until Customer ceases to receive MCI Advantage Service; and,

the capacity to make two simultaneous calls during the Trial Period at no charge.

Customers who subscribe under this promotion to MCI Advantage Service Bundled Service using Internet Dedicated Services will receive the following benefits:

the use, at no charge, of two Company-provided Cisco 7940 SIP phones per circuit of Internet Dedicated Services Tiered Service at 768 kbps or Price-Protected T1 Service used to provide MCI Advantage, which phones must be returned when Customer ceases to receive MCI Advantage Service;

the use, at no charge, of two voice-mail boxes per circuit of Internet Dedicated Services Tiered Service at 768 kbps or Price-Protected T1 Service used to provide MCI Advantage Service until Customer ceases to receive MCI Advantage Service;

the capacity to make two simultaneous calls during the Trial Period at no charge; and,

a waiver of the MCI Advantage Bundled Service installation charge.

Customers who subscribe under this promotion to MCI Advantage Service Bundled Service using Internet DSL Office will receive the following benefits:

the use, at no charge, of two voice-mail boxes per Internet DSL Office circuit used to provide MCI Advantage Service until Customer ceases to receive MCI Advantage Service;

the capacity to make two simultaneous calls during the Trial Period at no charge; and,

a waiver of the installation charge per Internet DSL Office circuit used for MCI Advantage Service.

Eligibility:  Customer must:

be an existing Customer who has been receiving a Company service for at least 90 days prior to enrollment in this promotion;

not have previously ordered or contracted for MCI Advantage Service;

enroll in this promotion through June 30, 2005; and,

place an order by July 31, 2005 for installation of new circuits to occur by August 31, 2005.

Other Conditions:  Customer may not receive the benefits of MCI Loyalty Plus Promotion I, MCI Loyalty Plus Promotion II, MCI Loyalty Plus Promotion III,  discounts under Voice Services On-Net Voice Services Optional Calling Plans Affinity Programs , or any Special Customer Arrangements (SCA) and product package SCA other than Product Packages Guide Types 18, 19, 20 and 21.
