Offer: In lieu of the charges set forth in Section IV.A.1, the following applies for Enterprise Connection Trunk-based Service for Customer-managed routers associated with Fixed SIP phone service, not to exceed 20 per Customer location, at up to four Customer locations provided on a month-to-month basis during the period, not to exceed six monthly periods, between (i) installation of service under this promotion at the first Customer location and (ii) the earlier of (a) execution of a signed Customer agreement for continued provision of Enterprise Connection Service and (b) termination of all service under this promotion by the Customer or the Company:
a $100 per-location monthly recurring charge;
a $250 per-location installation; and,
a $9.50 monthly recurring charge per voice-mail box, not to exceed 20 per Customer location.
The Customer will receive a credit in an amount equal to the installation charges paid by the Customer under this promotion if the Customer does not, during the 6-month period following installation of service under this promotion at the first Customer location, execute a signed Customer agreement for continued provision of Enterprise Connection Service.
Eligibility:
The Customer must enroll prior to April 17, 2003.
The Customer may not:
be an existing Enterprise Connection Service Customer;
subscribe to Enterprise Connection Service at any other Customer location.
