Conferencing Saver Plan A Promotion Fall 2006 Offering
Offer: New and existing Customers of Conferencing services under Verizon Business Service I (VBS I) or Verizon Business Service II (VBS II) who commit to a new or additional term of service of one year or greater will receive the following rates in lieu:
1. Audio Conferencing: For Audio Conferencing, in lieu of standard rates and any discounts, the following rates and discounts, rounded to the next higher full minute. Usage rates are inclusive of both bridging and transport, unless noted otherwise.
1.1 U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands: For domestic Audio Conferencing calls that originate and terminate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Customer will be charged the following per-minute per-bridge port usage rates, based on access method. Usage rates for Toll Meet-Me Access calls do not include transport.

1.3 U.S. Dial Out International: A five percent discount for Audio Conferencing Dial Out Access calls that originate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminates in international locations.
1.4 Global Access Transport Charges: For Global Access calls that are bridged in the United States, Customer will be charged the following per-minute per-bridge port rates, based on availability of service, zone and origination access type. Bridging charges are additional and are priced at Customers applicable Toll Meet-Me Access rate per minute. Global Access Transport charges are not eligible for VBS I or VBS II discounts.

1.5 Instant Replay Plus and Instant Meeting Replay Usage Charges: A $0.24 per-call usage charges for Toll Free Number access and Toll Number access.
2. Net Conferencing: For Net Conferencing, in lieu of standard rates and any discounts, the following rates.
2.1 Per-Minute Usage Charge Option: For Customers who choose a per-minute billing option, a $0.25 per-minute per-participant usage charge.
3. Video Conferencing: For Video Conferencing, in lieu of standard rates and any discounts, the following rates.
3.1 ISDN Port Usage Charge: A $0.95 per-minute charge for domestic Premier, Standard and Unattended Video Conferencing ISDN port usage and a $0.85 per-minute charge for Instant Video Conferencing per minute per video bridge port with rounding to the next higher full minute.
3.2 ISDN Dial Out Transport: For ISDN Dial Out Video Conferencing calls that are bridged in the United States, the following charges per 2 channels (or 112/128 kbps), with rounding to the next higher full minute, based on Video Conferencing participant site location:

Availability: The Customer must enroll between September 1, 2006 and February 28, 2007.
Other Conditions:
These rates are in lieu of the other Audio Conferencing, Net Conferencing and Video Conferencing rates set forth in the Guide. Customer is liable and required to pay all other rates and charges for Conferencing services set forth in the Guide.
Customers may enroll in this a) at time of enrollment, b) or at any time during the term of a VBS I and VBSII agreement.
No back credits will be applied to this promotion.
Customers receiving the benefits of this promotion may not receive the benefits of any other promotional offering or discounts on Audio Conferencing, Net Conferencing and/or Video Conferencing.
