III.2.3 Metro Frame Relay: As of January 23, 2006, Metro Frame Relay is no longer available for new Customers.
Metro Frame Relay (MFR) provides MCI Business Services I Customers with the capability to connect Fixed PVC Option Permanent Virtual Circuits (PVCs) between ports in locations within the same LATA in the U.S. Mainland. MFR may not connect to Private IP Service or to Internet Protocol (IP) PVCs. If a port used for MFR is connected to a PVC used for Usage PVC Option and Zero CIR PVC Option interLATA Frame Relay Service or IP, Domestic Monthly Recurring Charges will apply in lieu of monthly recurring charges for MFR.
Access to MFR must be via one of the following methods:
· DS0 / DS1 Digital Local Access
· DS3 Digital Local Access
2.3.1 Monthly Recurring Charges: In lieu of Domestic Monthly Recurring Charges, the following monthly recurring charges apply.
