Offer:  Reduced per‑minute rates for WorldCom On-Net Voice Services during a Customer's term of service, as follows.

Outbound Service:  The following per‑minute rates will apply to Outbound Service usage which originates in the U.S. Mainland, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and terminates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and CNMI and originates in the U.S. Mainland and terminates in Hawaii and Card usage which originates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and CNMI and terminates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and CNMI, based on term of service and origination and termination type:

Inbound Service: The following per‑minute rates apply to Inbound Service usage which originates in the U.S. Mainland, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and terminates in the U.S. Mainland, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska Guam and CNMI and originates in the U.S. Mainland and terminates in Hawaii, based on term of service and origination and termination type:

Underutilization:  In each monthly period in which a Customer's interstate, voice Company service usage charges exceed $25,000 after the application of discounts, the Customer will be charged an additional $0.02 per-minute charge for each minute of the Customer's interstate, voice Company service usage calculated in the amount which exceeds $25,000.

Eligibility Requirements:  A Customer must:

                        enroll between  June 8, 2001 and June 30, 2002; and,

                        be either (i) a new Customer of WorldCom On-Net Voice Services under an Term Plan with a 1- or 2-year term of service and an annual volume commitment of $1,200, $3,000, $6,000, $12,000, $24,000, $36,000, $48,000,$60,000, $84,000, $120,000, $180,000 or $300,000; or, (ii) an existing Customer of WorldCom On-Net Voice Services under a new Term Plan with a 1- or 2-year term of service and an annual volume commitment of $1,200, $3,000, $6,000, $12,000, $24,000, $36,000, $48,000,$60,000, $84,000, $120,000, $180,000 or $300,000.

Other Conditions:  The Customer is not eligible to receive the benefits of any discounts or other promotional offerings on the usage which receives the benefits of this promotion.
