Eligibility Requirements: The Customer:
enroll between February 14, 2002 and March 16, 2002;
be an existing customer of Frame Relay Service under an networkMCI One Term Plan or a Feature Option2, Feature Option 3A and Feature Option 3B WorldCom On-Net Voice Services Term Plan (Existing Term Plan);
commit to request installation of new domestic Frame Relay Service (New Service) under an networkMCI One Term Plan or WorldCom On-Net Voice Services Term Plan with a term of service which equals or exceeds one year (New Term Plan); and,
request that New Service be installed on or before April 30, 2002.
The benefits of this promotion will apply to existing Frame Relay Service (Eligible Existing Service) if, at promotion enrollment, the Customer; (i) receives it under an Existing Term Plan with no more than three monthly periods remaining in the term of service and the Customer terminates that plan; and, (ii) subscribes a new Term Plan with a term and volume commitments which equal or exceed the Customer's Existing Term Plan commitments under which the Customer receives Eligible Existing Service (New Term Plan.)
