Eligibility Requirements: The Customer must:
must enroll between February 14, 2002 and March 16, 2002;
must commit to request installation of new domestic of Frame Relay Service (New Service) under an networkMCI One Term Plan or WorldCom On-Net Voice Services Term Plan with a term of service which equals or exceeds one year (Term Plan);
must request that New Service be installed on or before April 30, 2002; and,
may not receive service under a Special Customer Arrangement.
