Ethernet Access

Section IV.3.5 – Type 3 Monthly Recurring and Non-Recurring charges for circuits quoted from September 1, 2007 through June 30, 2009

The following monthly recurring and non-recurring charges apply to service provided between the Customer-designated location and the MCI Legacy Company IXC Point of Presence location and specifically to circuits which are quoted from September 1, 2007 through June 30, 2009.

For purposes of this Section, Ethernet Transport Wire Center List September 1, 2007 sets forth Pricing Zones, as defined by the Company, LATA, and Connecting Carrier for Ethernet Access connections.

Type 3 service charges are i) the following monthly recurring and non-recurring per-circuit charges, based on Type 3 Service Area, except for DS1 2 Mbps and 3 Mbps, OC3 300 Mbps and OC12 1 Gbps which charges are per-2 circuits, DS1 4 Mbps which is per-3 circuits, DS1 5Mbps and 6 Mbps, which are per-4 circuits, and DS1 7 Mbps, which is per-5 circuits, based on service type, circuit speed and term commitment in Customer’s master service agreement (the “Commitment Period”), plus ii) the monthly recurring and non-recurring per-connection Ethernet Transport charges set forth in Ethernet Transport Zone Rates - September 2007, based on LATA location, circuit speed, Commitment Period, and Pricing Zone.
