Section IV.3.4 – Type 3 Monthly Recurring and Non-Recurring charges for circuits quoted from April 1, 2007 through August 31, 2007

The following monthly recurring and non-recurring charges apply to service provided between the Customer-designated location and the MCI Legacy Company IXC Point of Presence location and specifically to circuits which are quoted from April 1, 2007 through August 31, 2007.

Type 3 service charges are i) the following monthly recurring and non-recurring per-circuit charges, except for DS1 2 Mbps and 3 Mbps, OC3 300 Mbps and OC12 1 Gbps which charges are per-2 circuits, DS1 4 Mbps which is per-3 circuits, DS1 5Mbps and 6 Mbps, which are per-4 circuits, and DS1 7 Mbps, which is per-5 circuits, based on service type, circuit speed and term commitment in Customer’s master service agreement (the “Commitment Period”), plus ii) the monthly recurring and non-recurring per-connection End Link charges set forth in Metro Private Line Access Service Type 2 Pricing Sheets July-2006, based on LATA location, service type, circuit speed, Commitment Period, Network Configuration, Service Configuration and Pricing Zone of the circuit for connections within a Metro Private Line Service Area.  Ethernet connections outside the Metro Private Line Service Area, the Type 3 service charges are i) the following monthly recurring and non-recurring per-circuit charges, except for DS1 2 Mbps and 3 Mbps, OC3 300 Mbps and OC12 1 Gbps which charges are per-2 circuits, DS1 4 Mbps which is per-3 circuits, DS1 5Mbps and 6 Mbps, which are per-4 circuits, and DS1 7 Mbps, which is per-5 circuits, based on service type, circuit speed and Commitment Period, plus ii) the monthly recurring and non-recurring per-connection Local Access charges set forth in Network Services Local Access Service.
