LD Voice Wireline to Wireless Promotion (v2.0)
Subject to the conditions set forth below, new and existing Customers ordering Outbound Interstate Long Distance Voice Service provided by MCI Communications Services, Inc. d/b/a Verizon Business Services (Outbound LD Service) under a Verizon Business services agreement (Agreement) for the first time, or existing Customers renewing contracts for Outbound LD Service, will receive a discount of 10% off of the per minute usage rate when such Outbound LD Service terminates to Verizon Wireless on telephone numbers specified by Customer in advance of ordering such Service (such service and rates hereinafter referred to in the aggregate as the Promotional Service), for the remaining Term of the Agreement.
Conditions
1. Customer must have signed and submitted an amendment or Agreement that includes the Promotional Service by April 30, 2010.
2. Customers master service agreement must have a minimum one-year Term commitment.
3. Customer must supply the Verizon Wireless telephone numbers to be covered by this promotion.
4. This promotion is applicable only to Promotional Service located entirely within the U.S. Mainland and Hawaii. Alaska, Puerto Rico and any foreign countries are not eligible.
5. With the exception of standard Verizon Business Services III discounts, the promotional discount set forth herein is in lieu of all other discounts.
