Data Center Colocation Access (DCCA) Promotion
Subject to the conditions below, new and existing customers under a Company master services agreement (Agreement) who order new Company-provided Private IP, ATM, Frame Relay, U.S. Private Line and/or Internet Dedicated Services (separately Qualifying Service) will receive the discounted monthly recurring charges (MRC) and non-recurring charges (NRC) for each Network Services Local Access Services (Eligible Circuit) associated with a Qualifying Service (Promotional Rate 1) into a Company Data Center as set forth in the tables below, based on the location of the Eligible Circuit relative to the Data Center. Promotional benefits will be effective on or after the Effective Date (as defined in the Agreement) the Promotion is added to the Agreement.

Conditions
1. Customer must enroll in this promotion by January 31, 2018.
2. For Promotional Rates to apply Customer must have the following:
2.1 For Promotional Rate 1 Customer must have associated Data Center Colocation Services in the same building as a Company Point of Presence (POP) or a Company Lit Building.
2.2 For Promotional Rate 2 Customer must have associated Data Center Colocation Services in a building that is within the same LATA as a Company Point of Presence (POP) or a Company Lit Building.
2.3 For Promotional Rate 3 Customer must have associated Data Center Colocation Services in a building that is in a LATA in which there is no Company POP or Company Lit Building.
3. Customer commits to paying for each Eligible Circuit for a minimum of 2 years. If Customer disconnects an Eligible Circuit before the end of 2 years, Customer will pay an early termination charge of 75% of the applicable MRC times the number of months remaining in a 2 year period.
4. Customer will receive Promotional Rates 1, 2 or 3 under this Agreement for as long as Customer maintains Qualifying Service(s) added during the promotional period. No other discounts, or promotional offerings, whether or not specified in Customer's Agreement, will apply to products, services or circuits for which Customer receives the benefits of this promotion.
