Section IV.2.9 –Metro Private Line Optical Wave Services

 

2.9       Charges for orders from November 1, 2013 through July 31, 2014:  The following lists the charges which are found at the following hyperlink that apply to Metro Private Line Access Optical Wave Service circuits which are ordered from November 1, 2013 through July 31, 2014. Rate quotations for Metro Private Line Access Optical Wave Service are valid on an order for up to 45 calendar days after the quote. As of October 1, 2010, orders for new circuits as well as orders for moves, adds, changes and upgrades are provided as Private Carriage Services.

 

Monthly Recurring and Non Recurring Charges

 

2.9.1    Point to Point Service:  Metro Private Line Access Optical Wave per-circuit charges apply, based on Service Area , circuit type and Master Commitment Term and, for monthly recurring charges, the geographic service configuration, to Metro Private Line Access Optical Wave service provided on a:

·        Transparent Channel Point to Point basis for Type 1 and Type 4a circuits;

·        Protocol Specific Point to Point basis for Type 1 and Type 4a circuits;

·        Channelized Point to Point basis for Type 1, Type 1 Appearance, Type 4a and Type 4a Appearance circuits; and,

·        Dedicated Point to Point basis Type 1 and Type 1 Appearance circuits.

 

2.9.2    Multi-Point Service:  Metro Private Line Access Optical Wave per-circuit charges apply, based on Service Area , circuit type and Master Commitment Term and, for monthly recurring charges, the geographic service configuration to Metro Private Line Access Optical Wave service provided on a:

·        Hub Service Point to Multi-Point Service basis at host/primary locations  for Type 1, Type 1 Appearance, Type 4a and Type 4a Appearance circuits;

·        Endlink Service Transparent Channel Point to Multi-Point Service basis at remote or secondary locations for Type 1, Type 4a circuits;

·        Endlink Service Protocol Specific Point to Multi-Point Service basis at remote or secondary locations for Type 1 and Type 4a circuits;

·        Endlink Service Channelized Point to Multi-Point Service basis at remote or secondary locations for Type 1, Type 1 Appearance, Type 4a and Type 4a Appearance circuits;

·        Dedicated Hub for Type 1 and Type 1 Appearance circuits; and,

·        Dedicated Multipoint for Type 1 and Type 1 Appearance circuits.
