Conferencing Super Saver Promotion – Offer VII.II
Offer: For new and existing Customers of Conferencing services under Verizon Business Service (VBS) I, VBS II, or VBS III who commit to a new or additional term of service of one year or greater, the following applies. The following rates are fixed for the Term.
1. Audio Conferencing: For Audio Conferencing, in lieu of standard rates and any discounts, the following rates and discounts, rounded to the next higher full minute. Usage rates are inclusive of both bridging and transport, unless noted otherwise.
1.1 U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands: For domestic Audio Conferencing calls that originate and terminate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, the following per-minute per-bridge port usage rates will apply, based on access method. Usage rates for Toll Meet-Me Access calls do not include transport.

1.2 Canada: For domestic Audio Conferencing Dial Out Access and Toll Free Meet-Me Access calls that (1) originate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminate in Canada; and (2) originate in Canada and terminate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, the following the per-minute per-bridge port usage rates will apply, based on access method.

1.3 From the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands to International Locations: A fixed discount of twenty percent (20%) on per-minute rates will apply for Premier and Standard service levels of Audio Conferencing charges for Dial-Out Access service that originates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminates in selected international locations.
1.4 Global Access Transport Charges: For Global Access calls that are bridged in the United States, the following per-minute per-bridge port rates will apply, based on availability of service, zone and origination access type. Bridging charges are additional and are priced at Customer’s applicable Toll Meet-Me Access rate per minute.

1.5 Instant Replay Plus and Instant Meeting Replay Usage Charges: A $0.19 per-minute charge will apply for Toll Free Number access and Toll Number access.
2. Net Conferencing: For Net Conferencing, in lieu of standard rates and any discounts, the following rates will apply.
2.1 Per-Minute Usage Charge Option: For Customers who choose a per-minute billing option, a $0.20 per-minute per-participant usage charge will apply.
3. Video Conferencing: For Video Conferencing, in lieu of standard rates and any discounts, the following rates will apply, rounded to the next higher minute.
3.1 ISDN Port Usage Charge: A $0.83 per-minute charge will apply for domestic Premier, Standard and Unattended Video Conferencing ISDN port usage and a $0.74 per-minute charge will apply for Instant Video Conferencing per minute per video bridge port.
3.2 ISDN Dial Out Transport: For ISDN Dial Out Video Conferencing calls that are bridged in the United States, the following charges will apply per two channels (or 112/128 kbps), based on Video Conferencing participant site location:
