Flat Rate T1 Access Promotion (New/Renewing Customers)
Subject to the conditions below, new and renewing Customers under a Verizon master services agreement (Agreement) will receive a monthly recurring charge (MRC) of $265 for T-1 Digital Access (a form of Network Service Local Access Services) provided by a MCI Legacy Company, (Promotional Service) when ordering new or renewing existing Private IP Service, interstate U.S. Private Line Services or Internet Dedicated Services for the Term of the Agreement.
Conditions
1. Customer must sign an Agreement with a minimum two year Term commitment and Customer commits to pay for each eligible circuit(s) for the Term of the Agreement, which Customer must pay even if such circuit is terminated sooner (unless terminated by Customer for Cause).
2. To qualify the eligible circuit or port must be located and remain in the following locations for the Term of the Agreement.
3. Promotion must be included in the Agreement, signed and submitted by January 31, 2012.
4. Orders may be expedited, but applicable expedite fees will apply.
5. With the exception of standard Term and Volume, Verizon Business Services III Pricing Plan and Special Customer Arrangement discounts (if applicable), promotional rates and discounts are in lieu of all other discounts.
