Internet Security Assessment (ISA) Promotion

Subject to the conditions below, Customers signing a new, renewing or adding an additional service(s) to an existing Verizon Business services agreement (Agreement) will receive the following one-time promotional benefits at no additional charge as specified below:

· One  External Risk Assessment Report (ERAR component of SMP-Security Management Program) that consists of a one-time scan of external IP addresses and the generation of a findings report

· One Virtual Discovery & Classification service, which provides Customer with information about how the Customer’s network is interacting with hosts and services on the internet

· One day of security consulting to report and explain the results of the External Risk Assessment Report and Virtual Discovery and Classification service.

Conditions

1.   This promotion is not available to governmental entities.

2.   The promotional benefits will be provided pursuant to the ISA Statement of Work (SOW) (once completed and fully executed) and the standard terms and conditions for the promotional benefits (as specified in the preceding link).

3.   Customer’s Agreement must have a minimum $180,000 Annual Volume Commitment (AVC) requirement.

4.   This ISA Promotion must be included in the Customer’s Agreement; signed and submitted by October 31, 2009.

5.   New and renewing Customers must sign an Agreement with a 1 year Term commitment.
