Flat Rate T3 Access Promotion (Existing Customers)
Subject to the conditions below, Customers under a Verizon master services agreement (“Agreement”)and VBS II or VBS III pricing plan will receive a monthly recurring charge (“MRC”) of $2500 for DS-3 Local Access (T3 Access) (a form of Network Services Local Access Service) provided by a MCI Legacy Company, (“Promotional Service”) when ordering Private IP Service, interstate U.S. Private Line Services or Internet Dedicated Services for the Term of the Agreement.
Conditions
1. The following are eligible for this promotion:
Existing Customers must be ordering Private IP Services, interstate US Private Line or Internet Dedicated Service(s) for the first time.
2. Customer must sign an Agreement with a minimum two year Term commitment and Customer commits to pay for each eligible circuit(s) for the Term of the Agreement, which Customer must pay even if such circuit is terminated sooner (unless terminated by Customer for Cause).
3. To qualify the eligible circuit or port must be located and remain in the following locations for the Term of the Agreement:
4. Promotion must be included in the Agreement, signed and submitted by July 31, 2010.
5. Orders for the Promotional Service along with the Private IP, interstate US Private Line or Internet Dedicated service(s) must be placed between January 1, 2010 and August 31, 2010.
6. Orders may be expedited, but applicable expedite fees will apply.
7. With the exception of standard Term and Volume, Verizon Business Services II or Verizon Business Services III pricing plan and Special Customer Arrangement discounts (if applicable), promotional rates and discounts are in lieu of all other discounts.
