Offer: Credit equal to the Company-billed non-recurring installation charges, excluding expedite charges, for installation following promotion enrollment of: U.S. Private Line Service; domestic Frame Relay Service; Internet Dedicated Services at 768Kbps/T1 and T3; Enterprise Mobility Dial Access; IP VPN Dedicated Services T1 Service, excluding ISDN Back up; and T-1 Digital Access.
Eligibility: A Customer must:
enroll through September 30, 2008;
subscribe, upon promotion enrollment, to the service(s) which receive the benefits of this promotion under a new term of service which equals or exceeds two years; and,
place an order for installation of the service which receives the benefits of this promotion on or before October 31, 2008.
Other Conditions: The Customer may not receive the benefits of any other promotional offering or discount, other than under Special Customer Arrangements (SCA) Guide Types 2 through 10 and Product Packages Guide Types 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 on the service which receives the benefits of this promotion.
Customers who terminate any service which receives the benefits of this promotion prior to the expiration of the term of service will be billed and required to repay all credits received by the Customer under this promotion.
