Verizon Business OnNet Acquisition Gift Card Promotion

Offer:  500 American Express Gift Card points (“Award”) for each new or upgrade/renewal circuit (Promotional Circuit) order when the access loop is provisioned entirely on MCI Legacy Company-owned fiber (Type 1 – Lit Building) or on other Company facilities designated as Type 1 on the Guide,  subject to a maximum of five (5) “Awards” for all new circuits, for Customers  under Verizon Business Services (VBS) I, VBS II, or VBS III .  

American Express Gift Card points will be delivered via an American Express Gift Card redeemable at selected Merchants (list available upon request).

Eligibility Requirements:

The Promotional Circuit must be ordered under a Verizon Business services agreement (Agreement) with a minimum of one year remaining on its Term;

a commitment to keep the Promotional Circuit(s) in service for a minimum of one year; and,

enrollment between October 17, 2009 and March 31, 2010.

Conditions:

Customer hereby commits to keep each Promotional Circuit in service for a minimum of one year.  If Customer terminates a Promotional Circuit before it has been in service for one year, Customer will pay an early termination charge equal to the value of the Gift Card received for that Promotional Circuit (1 Points = $1 of value).

American Express Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and are subject to expiration dates and other conditions set by American Express as identified on the card.
