Training Center Promotion

Offer:

1)  The following monthly recurring charges for Customized Net Conference Powered by WebEX Training Center during the term of service following promotion enrollment, based on the number of seats to which Customer subscribes:

2)  waiver of the Net Conferencing Internet Site Set-up Charge for Customized Net Conference powered by WebEX Training Center.

Definition:

“Enroll” or “Enrollment” is defined to include both the submission of a Seat Based Enrollment Form with a duration commitment of at least three months and attachment of a Training Center Promotion service attachment to a new or existing service agreement.

Eligibility Requirements: A Customer must:

Enroll between March 1, 2006 and July 31, 2006; and,

subscribe for 20 or more Training Center seats.

Other Conditions:  Upon expiration of each 12 month period following a Customer’s promotion enrollment, service shall continue under this promotion for a 3 month period (Extension Period) unless the Customer provides the Company notice of termination of service under the plan at least 45 days prior to expiration of the expiring term of service.

The effective date of any Enrollment form will be no later than the first day of the second full billing cycle following Customer's submission of the completed Enrollment form to Company.  Customer will not receive credits against any invoice related to this promotion for any Conferencing service provided by Company prior to implementation of this promotion by Company to Customer's account.  Customer will be responsible for all other charges associated with Customized Net Conference Powered by WebEX Training Center, including, but not limited to, overage charges, at the then standard rates set forth in the Guide.  The per-seat per-month charges will be fixed for the Term of Service.
